Birthday Parties

$250 + tax

• All party time slots are 2 hours in length with a 10 MINUTE early arrival window. Anything earlier than that is subject to $40 fee for additional time.
• You bring your own food and beverage; there are no restrictions. Head table has outlets for crock pots or Nesco’s. Food delivery is also allowed.​
• Kidz Town will decorate the party room with your choice of decorations.
• Kidz Town will supply your plates, cups, napkins and plasticware​ for all guests
• Choice of one free "entertainment"
• Unlimited attendees and two hours use of Kidz Town and private party room​
• Birthday child gets 3 FREE VISITS to use following the party date

 Saturday Morning parties are during general admission hours so there is the possibility of other customers, but the party room will be private for you and your guests only. (open 9a-3p Saturday) Anything 3pm or later on Saturday's will be private. Sunday we are closed, so any party on Sunday is private!

• Time slots available for this package are Weeknights 5p-7p or 6p-8p; Saturday 3pm or later and Sunday any time.
• Kidz Town will decorate the café area with your choice of decorations.
• Kidz Town will supply your plates, cups, napkins and plasticware​ for all guests
• Unlimited attendees and two hours use of Kidz Town
• No entertainment will be provided
• Dedicated Kidz Town staff member from set up to clean up, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the day!

• All party time slots are 2 hours in length with a 20 MINUTE early arrival window so you can set up any decorations you may want to bring. Anything earlier than that is subject to $40 fee for additional time.​--You bring your own food and beverage; there are no restrictions. Head table has outlets for crock pots or Nesco’s. Food delivery is also allowed.
• No decorations will be supplied
• No dining ware will be supplied
• No entertainment will be provided
• UP TO 10 (ten) children are included ages 12 months to age 10 years old. Any children after 10 kids will be an additional $10 fee per child. Adults & Birthday Child are always free and not included in admission.
• Two hours use of Kidz Town and private party room
• Dedicated Kidz Town staff member from set up to clean up, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the day!

$325 + tax 

Nerf Warz is a ferociously fun time here at Kidz Town! It is geared more toward children ages 4-5 years old or older but all are welcome to join in the fun...including adults! And to make sure everyone has fun we supply the shooters that the kids use to make sure it is fair (no bazookas or Nerf N-Strike Elite HyperFire Blasters here, sorry!) We also ask that kids refrain from bringing shooters from home to maintain equality. 

You, as the party host, can arrive UP TO 15 minutes before start time to set up any food or beverages you may bring. Anything earlier than 15 minutes will result in a charge for additional 30 minutes.
As the kids arrive, it will be regular free play until all of the guests show up. We will then have the kids line up and break into two teams, red and blue. They will then get their pinnies, aprons, and eye wear. The kids will then sit on the stage and listen to the rules of Nerf Warz and once completed, will be given shooters and darts and free play will begin. We will let the kids free play for about 15 minutes to let them “get it out of their system” and then we will start games.

We will take a water/snack break about an hour and a half in for them to eat if you brought food and you can use this time to open gifts if you’d like. (Most people open gifts at home to give the kids time to play). They will then continue play time until 15 mins left, in which time they will collect all stray darts and hand in all equipment.

Time slots online are in the evenings...if there is a date that you would like to do it earlier in the day, contact Kidz Town at 920-425-7001 to see if there are time slots available. 

What is included in the package:

• Each kid gets shooter, darts, eye protection, apron, pinnie and water bottle.
• Two and a half hours use of Kidz Town and party room.
• Extra 30 minutes is included at no charge for time to eat.
• Two Referees (Kidz Town employees) to lead the kids in games and keep watch over the kids.
• Party room will be decorated in Nerf theme decorations.
• Plates, cups, napkins, and forks/knives/spoons will be provided. All you will have to bring is any food or beverage you'd like. (Adult beverages are allowed as well)
• Each child goes home with their own Nerf Warrior water bottle as a souvenir!
• There will be a water station set up for kids to refill their bottles with water.

Birthday party packages are for kids of all ages. Some of the packages are geared toward the older guests at your party, so if you have a party for a 1 year old but they have older cousins it may be more for them rather than the younger kiddo's, who are still welcome to play at Kidz Town while the older kids craft! Each project will have a suggested age range next to them. Grown-ups are welcome to stay and watch all of the fun. We have plenty of seating and standing room so everyone can get in on the fun. 

What is included:

• ​Two hours use of Kidz Town and private party rooms.
• Unlimited guests
• You bring food and beverage, no restrictions!
• Your choice of decoration in Party Room A and craft stations set up in Party Room B so there is space for everyone!
• Your choice of themed decorations in Party Room A, including plates, cups, napkins, and plastic ware to match the theme for all guests.
• Party Room B will be set up with tables, chairs and all of the supplies needed for your chosen craft.
• Craft supplies for up to 10 children. Any more than 10 children will be an additional $25 per child for supplies and fun. (This only counts for crafters, not overall head count)

We will spend the first 15-20 minutes allowing guests to arrive and giving kiddos time to say hello! Then, the crafting begins! Your party host will guide your guests as they complete the art project of your choosing. Each child will complete his or her own project to take home. When projects are completed, we will let the kids run and play for the remainder of the time. 

Choose your party project from the following:

• ​Adopt A Party Animal - ages 4 and older
• Canvas Painting - ages 1 and older
• Fairy/Gnome Garden - ages 4 and older
• Wacky Wavy Sand Art - ages 3 (with adult help) and older
• ​Decorate Wooden Keepsake (bird house, vehicle, lighted item) - ages 4 and older
• Special Holiday Craft (varies by season) - age depends on craft

You choose one of the above and Kidz Town will have it all set up and ready for you when you arrive! If you have younger kiddos that you would like to have craft and you (the adult) are able to help them then that is absolutely fine! Just know that they will then count against the 10 included in the package. 

Prices:

A birthday party for 10 crafting guests is $350 + tax. Additional guests can be added at a cost of $25 for each child. We request that birthday parties be booked at least two weeks in advance to allow us time to prepare. If you need to book sooner, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate. Package price remains the same even if you do not have the full 10 guests crafting.

Your child's first birthday is a big deal, and we want to make every aspect of their very first birthday party special! Here is what you get when you choose this package for your little one:

• ​Two hours use of Kidz Town's play area and special, private party room. You can arrive up to 10 minutes early to set up food and beverage.
• You bring your own food and beverage, no restrictions.
• Unlimited guests.
• Special high chair for birthday kiddo with matching First Birthday skirt on it.
• Use of matching 12 Month Photo Banner.
• Painted wooden number 1 for guests to sign as a take home keepsake.
• Your choice of our special First Birthday decoration options.
• Three free future visits for birthday child.
• Kidz Town staff set up and clean up your party...all you have to do is relax and mingle!
• Entertainment not included
• Mounted TV in café area where you can hook up to and play a picture slide show during your party 
• Dedicated Kidz Town staff member from set up to clean up, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the day!

 *We are now working with Princess My Party to provide character visits for your child's party! They have 200 characters to choose from, so if you would like to add on a visit from Elsa, Chase, Baby Shark or any other fun character let us know! Additional fees apply, subject to availability 

PLAY & PARTY RULES: 

• PINATAS, CONFETTI CANNONS, AND GLITTER BOMBS are not allowed at Kidz Town. 
• OUTSIDE FOOD: We welcome you to bring in food for your event. Please know that we require all food containers, and boxes (including cake and pizza boxes) to be disposed of immediately at the conclusion of the event. Boxes are to be placed in the outside trash receptacles located in the Kidz Town parking lot. 
• SOCKS ARE REQUIRED for every child that plays in our carpeted play area. If your child does not have socks, we have them for purchase for $2/pair. Regular socks, trampoline socks, or tights are approved. Bare feet are not allowed at all. 
• CLEANING POLICY: Kidz Town staff provides set up and takedown of your party decorations. We require that all food, beverage, wrappings, and favors be placed in garbage bags, and tied up and disposed of in the garbage receptacles in our parking lot. Any clean-up of extreme messes (examples: confetti, food waste on the carpet/flooring/walls, garbage not placed in receptacles) will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS 

• DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of $75.00 is required for all events at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and comes off the final balance upon full payment. 
• CASH PAYMENTS: Payments made in cash must be paid in full by the date of the event. Additionally, cash payments will require a cash deposit of $50 for incidentals (such as the cleaning fee). This is refundable at the conclusion of the event. 
• RESCHEDULING: Parties can be rescheduled at no cost to you. Your deposit will transfer to the new date if it is available. Kidz Town must be contacted to change any dates or times, and you must receive a new confirmation email/document from us. 
• CANCELLATIONS: Seven-day cancellation policy. If you are unable to host your event as planned past the 7-day cancelation period, Kidz Town will provide a credit to you in the form of a Frequent Play Pass equaling 7 single-child admissions and must be used within one year after the issued date. 
• DUAL PARTIES: If you book a party for more than one child, this will count as a "Dual Party" and is subject to an additional $50 charge. Twins+ are an exception. In the case of a Dual Party, if the $50 fee is NOT charged, you will receive ONE 3 Visit Card which will be valid for one of the children. 
• 3 FREE VISITS card is good for the birthday child only and cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or special events. If the party is for more than one child and the Dual Party charge has been charged, each child will receive a card for three free visits.
